Inspired by it, we detected the counts of CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+/CD25+ in the tumors and found that GdOFBAu indeed promoted the tumor infiltration of Teff cells (CD8+) and decreased the Treg cells (CD25+), further confirming that using GdOFBAu to target Bcl9/β-catenin might be a potentially efficient strategy for combination immunotherapy.
