The main analytical parameters related to toxicity (hemoglobin, hematocrit, neutrophils, leukocytes, platelets, creatinine, bilirubin, GOT, GPT and alkaline phosphatase), showed no significant differences in the first monitored cycle with respect to the last, as with the defined toxicities themselves (fatigue, diarrhea, abdominal pain, hypertension, mucositis, anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and renal insufficiency (RI)). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and mucositis.
