In our cohort, 32% (75/237) of cases were Luminal A, 38% (89/237) were Luminal B−, 13% (32/237) were human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive (HER2+) and 17% (41/237) were triple negative breast cancers (TNBCs); for three cases it wasn’t possible to attribute the molecular subtype. Here, ERBB2 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
