IREB2 and bacterial urinary tract infection: The results of our study indicate that among 50 isolates from outpatients with UTI symptoms and 44 isolates obtained from poultry farms, these genes were detected with the following frequency, respectively: iss—32.0% and 72.7%, papC—74.0% and 52.3%, fimH—98.0% and 95.4%, and irp2—96.0% and 75.0%.
