Because of the high heterogeneity of CCA tumors, tumor microenvironmental factors, and the complexity of CCA molecular biology, pemigatinib, infigratinib, ivosidenib, larotrectinib, and entrectinib remain the only approved drugs for the treatment of CCA with FGFR2 fusion, IDH1 mutation, and NTRK fusion. Here, FGFR2 is linked to cholangiocarcinoma.
