CRP and cardiovascular disorder: In 82 males with MS (76 hypertensive), anthropometric measures, urine 11-dehydro-TXB2, platelet count, creatinine, glucose, insulin, estimated insulin resistance, lipid parameters, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), adiponectin, homocysteine, and ten-year risk of fatal cardiovascular disease (SCORE) were assessed.
