Of the 108 patients, 86 (79.6%) with a mean PSA of 3.6 ± 5.8 ng/mL and a median of 1.8 (range: 0.3–39.0) showed at least one focal uptake suggestive of recurrent prostate cancer on the Ga-68-PSMA-11 PET/CT images. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
