PTPRC and neoplasm: As expected, we observed the engraftment of the tumor tissue from transplanted OCI-M2 cells and verified that tumors derived from CDX mice exhibit the typical cytology of the OCI-M2 cells used for transplantation, i.e., they exhibit typical features of myeloblasts with fine chromatin and bulky nuclei, and we also confirmed via flow cytometry the concordance of their surface antigens (including the leukocyte-specific feature, CD45).
