The results showed that the evaluated miR-654-5p downregulated the expression of N-cadherin (to 0.58-fold, Figure 5F) and Snail (to 0.25-fold, Figure 5F) while enhancing the expression of E-cadherin (by 1.28-fold, Figure 5F), ZO-1 (to 1.68-fold, Figure 5F) and Claudin-1 (to 4.85-fold, Figure 5F), indicating that the overexpression of miR-654-5p inhibited the EMT process in lung adenocarcinoma cells. Here, CDH1 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
