By comparison, we found that these 31 genes were higher expressed in tumor tissues compared to normal tissues, while FCRL2, IGHM, IGLL3P, IGLV4-3, IGKC, IGLC2, IGKV1-5, IGLV2-14, POU2AF1, CD79A, IGHA1, IGHV1-69, IGHD, MS4A1, CD19, PAX5, FDCSP, CR2, MAL, CD1A were relatively lower expressed and ASPM, CCNB1, EEF1A2, KLK6, KRT6B, MAGEA3, MAGEA4, MAGEC2, NTSR1, PRAME, RRM2, SPOCK1, UBE2C were relatively higher expressed in the high-risk group compared to the low-risk group (Figure 4A–C). The gene discussed is PAX5; the disease is neoplasm.
