As shown in Figure 5A, NLRP3 gene expression analysis in CD4+T cells demonstrated a 4.5- and 30.1-fold increase in NLRP3 expression levels in the tumor-infiltrating CD4+T cells obtained from the HS diet cohort co-treated with anti-CTLA4 mAb compared to the matched NS (p < 0.05) and LS (p < 0.05) diet cohorts, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and neoplasm.
