Molecules shown to be involved in PANoptosis, such as AIM2 [35], caspase-8, caspase-1, RIPK3, and MLKL [18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36], have been implicated in neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative disorders, including AD (Table 1 and Table 3).
