In addition, the CNV of PBX4 was significantly correlated with poor OS of eight cancer types (ACC, CESC, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, LUAD, SARC, and UCEC) and poor PFS of 10 cancer types (ACC, CESC, KICH, KIRC, SARC, UCEC, COAD, OV, PAAD, and PRAD) (Figure 7L,M). This evidence concerns the gene PBX4 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
