CSF3 and acute myeloid leukemia: Fludarabine is commonly administered in combination with other chemotherapies, such as cyclophosphamide, mitoxantrone, dexamethasone, and rituximab, for the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas or as part of the FLAG or FLAMSA treatment regimens for AML, where it is administered with cytarabine and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor.
