Following the positive and robust data on RFS from the pivotal phase III trials for both anti-PD-1 (CheckMate 238 and KEYNOTE-054) and BRAF/MEK inhibitors (COMBI-AD) [38,39,40], patients with resected stage III (lymph node metastasis >1 mm) are currently eligible for adjuvant systemic treatment (i.e., after complete surgical resection). The gene discussed is MAP2K7; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
