KDM4D and neoplasm: Of note, 5-c-8HQ can inhibit the expression of PD-L1 in CRC cells both in vitro and in vivo by suppressing JMJD2D and JAK-STAT3 signaling, and targeted inhibition of JMJD2D using 5-c-8HQ synergistically enhances the anti-tumor treatment of anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy [67].
