The COSMIC database (https://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic, accessed on 20 March 2022) reports that H-RAS is mutated in 6% of head and neck carcinoma, compared to 1% in breast and colorectal carcinoma, 0.6% in lung carcinoma, and 0.1% in pancreas carcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene HRAS and head and neck carcinoma.
