Figure 3 shows the results of the WQS regression analysis of the association between the combined 11 phthalate metabolites and asthma. As illustrated in Figure 2, the WQS index was not significant for asthma (0.88; 0.76–1.03, p = 0.115). MBzP contributed more than half of the association (56.8%), followed by MiBP (26.6%) and MiNP (8.77%) (Figure 3). The gene discussed is NMRK2; the disease is asthma.
