As the target gene of JAC4, JWA is reported as a tumor suppressor in several cancers such as gastric cancer [33,34], non-small cell lung cancer [35], breast cancer [36,37], melanoma [38,39], etc.; JAC4 combined with radiation therapy for cancer may play a potential role of killing two birds with one stone and indicating the potential translational significance. This evidence concerns the gene ARL6IP5 and breast carcinoma.
