Our study revealed that 276 candidate genes were differentially expressed in CAFs and associated with ovarian cancer chemoresistance, and among which the top 10 genes MYC, IGF1, HRAS, CCND1, AKT1, RAC1, and KDR, FGF2, FAS, and EGFR were enriched in key pathways. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
