The expressions of the antiviral factors of the oncoVV-AVL group, such as interferon-induced transmembrane proteins (IFITs), interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15), 2′-5′-oligoadenylate synthetase (OAS), interleukin enhancer binding factor 3, phospholipid scramblase 1 (PLSCR1), and TNIP interacting protein 1 (TNIP1), were downregulated by more than two-fold compared with the oncoVV group at 36 h post-infection. Here, SMOC1 is linked to infection.
