PPBP levels were significantly higher in the H (1268.23, 583.579–1154.980 ng/ml, p < 0.0001) and CHD (867.965, 556.912–1492.70 ng/ml, p = 0.0004) groups compared with the N group (575.685, 68.842–944.632 ng/ml) (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is PPBP; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
