As shown in Table 2, the top 10 enriched KEGG pathways of upregulated DEGs were mainly involved in CAMs, viral myocarditis, asthma, antigen processing and presentation, intestinal immune network for IgA production, ECM–receptor interaction, allograft rejection, graft-versus-host disease, type I diabetes mellitus, and autoimmune thyroid disease. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and autoimmune thyroid disease.
