The univariate Cox-regression analysis revealed that 6 DEGs (CDK1 (HR: 1.331; 95% CI: 1.119–1.585; p < 0.05), TYMS (HR: 1.176; 95% CI: 1.012–1.366; p < 0.05), AGXT (HR: 0.920; 95% CI: 0.847–1.000; p < 0.05), ANO1 (HR: 0.870; 95% CI: 0.771–0.983; p < 0.05), IYD (HR: 0.740; 95% CI: 0.573–0.957; p < 0.05), and PDGFRA (HR: 1.341; 95% CI: 1.068–1.682; p < 0.05)) were significantly associated with the prognosis of HCC (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene CDK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
