The top 10 genes with a high mutation frequency in B-ALL were TTN (24.4%), FLT3 (14.6%), TP53 (14.6%), MUC16 (9.8%), EPPK1 (9.8%), NOTCH1 (9.8%), CUX1 (9.8%), BRCA2 (9.8%), KMT2C (7.3%), and CSMD1 (7.3%). Here, BRCA2 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
