STRING analysis showed that the primary signaling pathways involved were cancer signaling (BRCA2, NRAS, NOTCH1, IL7R, TP53, KRAS, JAK2, JAK3, MYC, FLT3, and GNAS), cancer MIS transcription signaling (NCOR1, TP53, ETV6, PAX5, MYC, and FLT3), PI3K-Akt signaling (NRAS, IL7R, TP53, KRAS, JAK2, JAK3, MYC, and FLT3), endocrine resistance signaling (NCOR1, NRAS, NOTCH1, TP53, KRAS, and GNAS), and chronic myeloid leukemia signaling (NRAS, TP53, KRAS, MYC, and PTPN11) (Figure 1). The gene discussed is PTPN11; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
