For sex hormonal panels, the serum levels of basal LH, basal FSH, and total T were higher in the PCOS group than in the non-PCOS group (basal LH: 5.42 ± 3.92 vs. 4.62 ± 3.42, P<0.001; total T: 0.04 ± 0.13 vs. 0.03 ± 0.12, P=0.048). This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
