ESR1 and metastatic neoplasm: Although not statistically significant, patients with ER discordance‐driven treatment changes tended to have higher incidences of recurrence (8.6% vs. 16.7%, p = 0.30), metastatic disease at recurrence (31.8% vs. 50.0%, p > 0.99), and death from any cause (14.3% vs. 16.7%, p = 0.69) compared to patients with no treatment changes.
