Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IMA levels in CHD patients were positively correlated with CRP (r = 0.751) and IL-6 (r = 0.772) levels (P < 0.001) and that serum LP-PLA2 levels were positively correlated with CRP (r = 0.790) and IL-6 (r = 0.814) levels (P < 0.001) (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and coronary artery disorder.
