Compared with normal tumor tissues, GBM tissues contained more T cell CD4 memory resting, T cell gamma delta, NK cells activated, macrophage M0, macrophage M1, and macrophage M2, but it contained relative fewer B cell memory, T cell CD8, T cell CD4 naive, T cell follicular helper, and NK cell resting (Figures 7(a) and 7(b)).
