Compared with controls, paroxysmal AF patients were more likely to have hypertension, CHD, and diabetes (p < 0.001), significantly higher levels of Scr, AST, and ALT (P < 0.05), significantly lower levels of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, APOA1, APOB, ALB and PAB (P < 0.05), and were more likely to use CCBs, ACEI/ARB, and statins (p < 0.05). Here, APOB is linked to coronary artery disorder.
