The results showed that downregulation of ANKFN1 control the migration and invasion of HCC cells (Fig. 3) and reduced the levels of RhoA and p-JNK expression (Fig. 4G); in addition, the overexpression of ANKFN1 promoted HCC migration and invasion in vitro and in vivo (Figs. 5G–H, 6B, D) and was related to high expression of RhoA and p-JNK (Figs. 6F, S2). The gene discussed is ANKFN1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
