CTNS and myocardial infarction: In my opinion, this will optimize algorithms for early MI diagnosis, improve the differential diagnosis of MI and a number of CVDs, reduce the risks of misdiagnoses, expand the diagnostic capabilities of cTns in clinical practice and particularly develop algorithms for assessing the risk of CVD in healthy individuals, assess the prognosis of patients suffering from diseases causing myocardial injury, and validate methods for noninvasive diagnosis of CVD including MI.
