RENBP and metabolic syndrome: GO function analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of the SZHP in dyslipidemia is mainly exhibited as a response to hormone, cellular response to lipid, the binding to DNA-binding transcription factors, etc. The KEGG pathway analysis showed that it was mainly concentrated in lipid and atherosclerosis, MAPK signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and relaxin signaling pathway, while the MCODE analysis showed that pathways in cancer, human cytomegalovirus infection, and the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications comprised the most correlated gene cluster.
