Our work explored the hepatoprotective effect of PVP-TAX-Lips on the LPS/D-GalN-induced ALI in mice by regulating the expression levels of autophagy proteins and inhibiting the expression levels of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway with the activation of related inflammatory factors, which provided a new idea for TAX application and the prevention of ALI in the future. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and acute respiratory distress syndrome.
