This study investigated the changes in expression levels of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway related factors and proinflammatory factors by PVP-TAX-Lips treatment of LPS/D-GalN-induced ALI, and the results of Western blot analysis showed that PVP-TAX-Lips significantly inhibited the activation of the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway and the expression levels of proinflammatory factors, confirming the involvement of this signaling pathway in the hepatoprotection mechanism of PVP-TAX-Lips. Here, NFKB1 is linked to acute respiratory distress syndrome.
