Further incorporating these factors into multivariate COX regression analysis showed that CVD (HR 1.68, 95% CI 1.16–2.44, P=0.006), gender (HR 0.56, 95% CI 0.36–0.88, P=0.011), age (HR 1.06, 95% CI 1.04–1.08, P < 0.001), BMI (HR 0.95, 95% CI 0.92–0.98, P=0.002), RDW (HR 1.00, 95% CI 1.00–1.25, P=0.046), albumin (HR 0.92, 95% CI 0.87–0.97, P=0.002), LDH (HR 1.01, 95% CI 1.00–1.01, P=0.022), creatinine (HR 1.01, 95% CI 1.00–1.02, P=0.023), and NLR (HR 1.35, 95% CI 1.06–1.71, P=0.014) were independent prognostic factors for COPD. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
