Nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB) refers to a family of transcription factors including NF-κB1 (p50/p105), NF-κB2 (p52/p100), RelA (p65), c-Rel, and RelB (Dolcet et al., 2005; Zinatizadeh et al., 2021), involved in regulating the expression of genes in many processes such as immunity, inflammation, cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis, and play a key role in the occurrence and development of cancer.
