We also observed in cases of cervical cancer [cervical and endocervical cancer (CESC); n = 306] that there is mostly an inverse correlation of FAT1 expression with infiltration levels of CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, and dendritic cells and a positive correlation with infiltration of MDSCs (Figures S1A–C).
