SFTPA2 and hypersensitivity pneumonitis: Moreover, one of these four interactions (rs1059046, rs1136450, rs721917 of SFTPA2, SFTPA1, SFTPD, respectively), noted as #4 in Table 7, exhibited two different patterns (dxdxd, dxdxa) in both IPF and HP, with the dxdxd (shown in bold) pattern being associated with an outcome that seemed to be disease-specific i.e., with a decreased risk in HP and an increased risk in IPF.
