Since a previous study demonstrated PPARγ-induced upregulation of CD36 could enhance hematoma resolution and ameliorate secondary brain injury after GMH (21), hemoglobin assay time-course experiments were performed at 24 h, 72 h, and 7 d post-GMH to further explored the effects of rh-APN treatment on hematoma clearances.
