KRT1 and malaria: Antibodies against MSP3-K1 (HR = 0.87, 95% CI: 0.81 - 0.94 for a unit increase in z-score), MSPDBL2 (HR = 0.89, 95% CI: 0.83 - 0.97), GLURP-R2 (HR = 0.90, 95% CI: 0.84 - 0.97) and MSP3.7 (HR = 0.93, 95% CI: 0.87 – 1.00) were associated with reduced incidence of malaria in the study population.
