Regardless of grouping, missense mutations, including PTEN, TP53, EGFR, and TTN, consistent with former reports and clinical verification (Table 2 and Figure 6), were still the predominant genomic alteration type in glioblastoma (Figures 5H,I) (Smith et al., 2001; Ohgaki et al., 2004; Lee et al., 2006; Binder et al., 2018). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is glioblastoma.
