Further analysis found that CDKN2A, TP53, IDH1, and EGFR were still the most abnormally altered genes in glioblastoma (Figure 1) (Kraus et al., 2001; Hu et al., 2017; Hu et al., 2022; Hu et al., 2018), while the most common variation in SNP was C > T (Figure 1C) (McDonald et al., 2013; Mistry et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and glioblastoma.
