Interestingly, high expression of KCNN4 played a protective role in six types of pan-cancers (Figures 4A–C), including SKCM (OS: p = 0.006; DSS: p = 0.024), THYM (OS: p = 0.01), BLCA (DSS: p = 0.038; PFI: p < 0.001); PRAD (PFI = 0.032), BRCA (OS: p = 0.042), and CHOL (PFI = 0.002).
