CDC14A and androgen insensitivity syndrome: Our previous study found that the expression of three circRNAs [circular RNA FUNDC1 (circFUNDC1), circular RNA PDS5B (circPDS5B), and circular RNA CDC14A (circCDC14A)] was higher in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients than controls, and the levels of three circRNAs could predict stroke outcomes, which demonstrated that these three circRNAs could be served as potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of AIS (15).
