The results demonstrated that 33 genes (ADM, ATP2B1, CCL20, EREG, GNAI3, IRAK2, MMP14, NAMPT, NMI, PCDH7, PLAUR, PVR, RELA, RIPK2, SERPINE1, SPHK1, TAPBP, TPBG, BTG2, CD48, CD69, CXCR6, CYBB, IL7R, IL12B, MEP1A, NMUR1, PDE4B, SLAMF1, SLC1A2, SLC11A2, and STAB1) were significantly related to the prognosis of lung cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD69 and lung cancer.
