The results demonstrated that 33 genes (ADM, ATP2B1, CCL20, EREG, GNAI3, IRAK2, MMP14, NAMPT, NMI, PCDH7, PLAUR, PVR, RELA, RIPK2, SERPINE1, SPHK1, TAPBP, TPBG, BTG2, CD48, CD69, CXCR6, CYBB, IL7R, IL12B, MEP1A, NMUR1, PDE4B, SLAMF1, SLC1A2, SLC11A2, and STAB1) were significantly related to the prognosis of lung cancer patients. Here, SLC1A2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
