High expression of genes (ADM, ATP2B1, CCL20, EREG, GNAI3, IRAK2, MMP14, NAMPT, NMI, PCDH7, PLAUR, PVR, RELA, RIPK2, SERPINE1, SPHK1, TAPBP, and TPBG) had shorter survival times in lung cancer; this result was verified by Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) datasets (Figures 2A–E; Supplementary Table S1). The gene discussed is NAMPT; the disease is lung cancer.
