The results demonstrated that 33 genes (ADM, ATP2B1, CCL20, EREG, GNAI3, IRAK2, MMP14, NAMPT, NMI, PCDH7, PLAUR, PVR, RELA, RIPK2, SERPINE1, SPHK1, TAPBP, TPBG, BTG2, CD48, CD69, CXCR6, CYBB, IL7R, IL12B, MEP1A, NMUR1, PDE4B, SLAMF1, SLC1A2, SLC11A2, and STAB1) were significantly related to the prognosis of lung cancer patients. The gene discussed is CXCR6; the disease is lung carcinoma.
