It can be concluded that MIR4435‐2HG, by sponging miR‐136‐5p, can directly reverse its inhibitory effects on target genes such as B3GNT5, thereby facilitates the progression of liver cancer via the MIR4435‐2HG/miR‐136‐5p/ B3GNT5 axis (Fig. 3 and Table 1) [38]. This evidence concerns the gene B3GNT5 and liver cancer.
