OTUB1 and cancer: For instance, OTU Domain-Containing Ubiquitin Aldehyde-Binding Protein 1 (OTUB1), a member of OTUs family, has been identified as a typical cancer-related gene and regulates the occurrence and progression of various cancers including colorectal cancer [50, 51], prostate cancer [52, 53], breast cancer [54], and lung cancer [55, 56].
