MEX3A and ovarian carcinoma: Then, we performed growth curve and EdU assays to evaluate the effect of MEX3A on the proliferation ability of ovarian cancer cells, and we found that MEX3A inhibition in HEY, SKOV3, and A2780 cells led to a decrease in the proliferation rate, while overexpression of MEX3A significantly accelerated the growth rate of HEY cells (Fig. 2C, D).
