ESR1 and neoplasm: Individuals with a tumour with a medium/low RECQL protein levels had a higher prevalence of lymph node positivity (56.1% vs. 47.9%, p-value= 0.05), a larger mean tumour size (27.3 mm vs 24.2 mm, p-value = 0.01), a higher proportion of ER-positive tumours (79.6% vs. 69.0%, p-value = 0.001) and a smaller proportion of triple-negative tumours (12.3% vs. 17.9%, p-value = 0.04) compared to those with a high level of RECQL protein.
