Similar to the differentiation of glioma grades, rADCmin had the highest diagnostic efficiency in differentiating IDH-mutant gliomas from IDH-wild type gliomas, with the diagnostic optimal cut-off value of 1.14×10-3 mm2/s, an AUROCC of 0.656 (95% CI=0.566-0.746), the sensitivity of 62.5%, specificity of 66.96%, and Yoden index of 0.295 (Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and central nervous system cancer.
