As shown in Figures 8A–I, GPX8 was positively correlated with B cells, dendritic cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, macrophages, mast cells, monocytes, natural killer cells, etc. The results indicated that GPX8 plays critical roles in the infiltration of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in the tumor microenvironment of stomach adenocarcinoma. Here, CD4 is linked to neoplasm.
