The enhanced expression of GPX8 in stomach cancer is positively correlated with the following clinical characteristics, such as T stage (OR = 2.032 for T1, T2 vs. T3, T4, P = 0.003), N stage (OR = 2.032 for N1, N2, and N3 vs. N0, P =0.018), and pathologic stage (OR = 3.495 for stage III, stage IV, and stage II vs. stage I, P < 0.001).
